Tell me from what miracle your friendship come hence,
For thine own spirit be true and kind.
Giving of your soul so freely,
Spreading happiness and joy with ties that bind.
Tell me from what miracle can you sense,
What others need for spirits renewed.
Time and effort never flee from you,
While replacing pieces others left askew.
Tell me from what miracle can you never wince,
In times of trouble no fuss, no sweat, no stew,
With open arms and a heart of gold,
Simply loving others, friendships grew.
